Erin Chapman fra Illinois og Grace Løvig fra Californien er begge dansk gift og har altid, været umådeligt vilde med pie.

Det gamle Sing Tehus på hjørnet i Skindergade huser American Pie co. http://www.theamericanpieco.com/ er blevet sat fuldkommen i stand – med originalt mosaikgulv, tunge træborde og en counter med alskens lækkerier.

Spicy Bourbon Pulled Pork Pot Pie (Pulled pork, bourbon og melasse) 60 kr.

Egg Pie (Æg, bacon, porre, timian og hvid cheddar) 60 kr.

Begge tærter blev serveret med en salatblanding med rødbeder, gulerod og med et strejf af balsamico. 15 kr pr. servering.

S’mores chocolate & toasted marsmallow. 45 kr. (Stateside, we all grew up with this summer night flavor combination around the campfire. With its sweet cookie crust, smooth creamy dark chocolate filling, and a toasted meringue & marshmallow top, you’ll be saying “Gimme s’more!”)

Piescream: chocolate & fudge brownie. 55 kr. (Layer upon layer of our chewy, fudgy chocolate chip brownie pie, smashed between double scoops of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce, and topped off with a dollop of whipped cream. Mega choco-happiness in a cup)
